FURNITURE RESTORATION - FRENCH POLISHING   furniture

Covers furniture stripping, timber preparation, staining, sealing, colour matching, different finishes. Bring an old piece of furniture and restore it to its former glory. This workshop will give you the skills and confidence to tackle larger projects.

LIMESTONE SCULPTURING WORKSHOP    scrapbooks

with well known sculptor Kevin Free

Kevin will show you how to carve organic or animal forms from limestone blocks. Kevin has had long experience in running workshops.
Tools  and a small block of limestone supplied. Maximum cost of $20 for materials to tutor on the day.

MONOPRINTING WORKSHOP

with Margaret McLoughlin

Monoprinting involves the transfer of ink from a plate to the paper, canvas or other surface that will ultimately hold the work of art - a printed painting.
No two prints are alike in this medium which is a combination of printmaking, painting and drawing.
